Yes, all payments are made directly through the bank's system, and the process is fully secured according to the highest security standards. We do not store your card data.

You can pay using all international bank cards (Visa/MasterCard). We also offer payment via Apple Pay, Google Pay and Yandex Pay.

Currently, payment is made exclusively via bank cards to ensure speed and security, and it is the most reliable and secure method for international students.

You will receive an immediate confirmation message from your bank system, and our team will immediately begin translating and preparing your documents.

In this case, our refund policy applies: the amount can be refunded after deducting actual costs incurred (such as bank fees, translation and notarization, plus a 20% organizational fee). The refund is processed within 7 business days of submitting the request, while it may take up to 30 days for the funds to reach your account, depending on your bank.

Our services are based on a single, comprehensive plan (Smart Plan) at a fixed price, ensuring fairness and transparency for all students. The price covers all steps from consultation to university admission, therefore we cannot offer individual discounts.

We focus on providing comprehensive services of the same high quality to every student, which is why our price is fixed and unchanging. However, group registration offers you the added benefit of coordinating travel and airport pickup together for a more convenient experience.

The application process typically takes two to three weeks, following these steps:

• Student file preparation: 1 business day
• Documents translation and notarization: 5 business days
• Issuance of university admission and study invitation: 7 business days
• Visa issuance by the immigration department: 5 business days

• Copy of high school diploma
• Copy of the academic transcript showing the subjects and grades
• Copy of university degree for post-graduate students

These fees do not include tuition fees, as students pay tuition and housing fees directly to the university upon arrival. The registration fee covers only our services, such as translation, university admissions, visa processing, and airport pickup.
