The bePaid payment system complies with the PCI DSS Level 1 security standard. All data is transmitted via a secure SSL/TLS protocol and encrypted.
Any refunds will be made to the same card within 1 to 30 days of the refund being processed.

Our services are not available to residents of the Republic of Belarus. Payments from residents of the Republic of Belarus are not accepted.

Refunds for bank card payments are only made to the same card used to make the payment. Cash refunds are not permitted. All refunds are governed by payment system rules and current legislation of the Republic of Belarus, including Law No. 90-Z of January 9, 2002, "On the Protection of Consumer Rights."

Cancellation Windows:

• Full Refund: Available within 24 hours of payment, provided no service work has begun.
• Partial Refund: If service work has begun but cancellation occurs within 24 hours, a refund may be issued after deducting:

1. Bank fees
2. Translation and notarization costs (if incurred)
3. 25% administrative fee of the payment amount

• No Refund: After 48 hours from payment, no refunds are issued, except as expressly required by Belarusian law.

Service work is defined as and typically begins within hours of payment:

• Consultation
• Document review or analysis
• University communication on your behalf
• Initiation of any third-party services (translation, certification, etc.)
