• The Website is a collection of electronic documents (files) hosted online, united by a common theme, design, and the eet.by domain address space. The Website's home page is located at https://eet.by.
• Website User (User) is an individual who has reached the age of majority and who accesses the Website and/or uses its functionality.
• Website Administration (Administration) is Sole Proprietor Al-Khatib A.F., registered in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Belarus (UNP 692111656, legal address: 20 Sologuba Street, Stolbtsy), who owns the property rights to the Website, including the domain name, and who administers it.

2.1. This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is concluded between the Administration and any person intending to use and/or using the website https://eet.by.

2.2. This Agreement constitutes a public offer addressed to an indefinite number of persons and contains a proposal to enter into an agreement governing the relationship between the Administration and the User when using the Website.

2.3. In accordance with paragraph 3 of Article 408 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Belarus, any action by the User using the Website, including opening any page of the Website in a browser for the first time, constitutes acceptance of this offer.

2.4. The User consents to the processing of personal data in accordance with Section 6 of this Agreement and Law of the Republic of Belarus No. 99-Z dated May 7, 2021, "On the Protection of Personal Data" by checking the appropriate box when using the online application form.

2.5. Use of the Website, including browsing, searching for information, and using services, is permitted only with the full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this Agreement.

2.6. If the User disagrees with the terms of this Agreement, they must immediately cease using the Website.

3.1. Under this Agreement, the Administration grants the User a royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use the Website. The Website is a composite intellectual property asset, including software, databases, graphic elements, and other components that ensure its functioning.

3.2. Use of the Website is permitted solely for personal, non-commercial purposes, including:

searching for first- and second-level educational programs;

language courses and pre-university training;

applying for admission to a specific educational institution.

3.3. Use of the Website for commercial purposes (e.g., posting information about educational services provided by the User or receiving applications from other Users) is permitted only with a separate agreement with the Administration.

3.4. The Administration's services for providing access to the Website's functionality, including the submission of applications and documents for admission, are provided free of charge.

3.5. The administration is not an educational institution and does not provide educational services. Its activities are limited to informational and organizational support.

4.1. The website is an information directory designed for searching for educational programs, language courses, study conditions, duration, and costs, as well as a list of educational institutions.

4.2. Information about educational programs is provided to the Administration directly by educational institutions. The Administration takes measures to verify the accuracy and legality of such information.

4.3. The Administration carries out reasonable verification of information received from educational institutions, but does not guarantee its ongoing accuracy.

4.4. The Administration ranks educational institutions based on internal criteria, which may be disclosed in whole or in part at the Administration's discretion. The Administration is not obligated to disclose the methodology for calculating the rankings.

5.1. The Administration owns exclusive rights to the Website, including all intellectual property rights contained therein: software code, databases (including information about educational institutions and educational programs), design elements, texts, graphic materials, and means of individualization (trade names, trademarks, service marks, and trade names). Use of the Website does not constitute a transfer of rights to the Website or its components. The User is granted a limited right to use the Website solely within the framework of this Agreement. This right may be terminated by the Administration at any time for any violation of the terms of the Agreement.

5.2. The User undertakes not to use the intellectual property rights posted on the Website (including images, text, and software code) without the prior written consent of the Administration.

5.3. All Website services are provided free of charge and "as is." The Administration does not guarantee the availability of the Website at any time and reserves the right to deny the User access for any violation of the terms of the Agreement. 5.4. The User has no right to request changes to the Website's services or data. The Administration is not responsible for the commercial suitability of the Website, its compliance with the User's individual requirements, and does not guarantee the absence of errors or the uninterrupted operation of the software.

5.5. The User uses the Website at their own risk. The Administration is not liable for any damage caused by using the Website. The Administration undertakes to take legal, organizational, and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, deletion, and other illegal actions.

5.6. The Administration makes reasonable efforts to ensure the stable operation of the Website, but does not guarantee such operation or undertake to notify Users of possible interruptions.

5.7. The User may not use the Website to send advertising messages or engage in other activities unrelated to the intended use of the Website. It is also prohibited to use the program code, databases, texts, design elements and graphics of the Site without the prior written consent of the Administration, including reproduction, copying, processing and distribution in any form.

6.1. The User consents to the processing of their personal data, including collection, systematization, storage, modification, use, distribution, provision (including cross-border transfer), depersonalization, blocking, and deletion, with or without the use of automated means.

6.2. The User authorizes the transfer of their personal data to educational institutions to which they apply through the Website for paid educational services.

6.3. The Administration undertakes to take legal, organizational, and technical measures to protect the User's confidential information and not to disclose it to third parties, except as provided in this Agreement or the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.

6.4. The Administration may use cookies to store user settings and preferences, as well as to collect non-personalized information. The use of cookies is governed by the Cookie Policy posted on the Website.

6.5. Personal data may be used by the Administration for the purposes specified in the Personal Data Processing Policy posted on the Website.

7.1. The Administration is not responsible for the quality, content, or results of educational services provided by educational institutions, including those whose profiles are posted on the Website.

8.1. This Agreement is valid for the entire period of the User's use of the Website.

8.2. The Administration reserves the right to amend the terms of this Agreement at any time by publishing a new version on the Website. The current version is posted at https://eet.by/terms and becomes binding on the User from the moment of publication. The User undertakes to independently monitor changes and regularly review the current version of the Agreement.
